1) ONLINE CHECK-IN

 

Online check-in due by:

o   Girls Weekend (U13-19): November 4, 2021 by 10:00 PM (Thurs)

o   Boys Weekend (U13-19): November 11, 2021 by 10:00 PM (Thurs)

 

  • There will be no exceptions or extensions allowed! All teams will receive a confirmation email sent to the point of contact(s) on file stating that their check-in documents are complete. Please check your spam inbox!

  • There will be no on-site check-in this year due to the COVID-19 safety guidelines.  For extraneous circumstances, please contact your Age Group Coordinator (AGC). 

Required documents for obtaining BSC approved roster for Premier Cup Tournament

  2. 2. Official Team Roster issued by US Club Soccer Association or US Youth Soccer Association

  3. Official Player cards issued by US Club Soccer Association or US Youth Soccer Association

  4. BSC Guidelines and Policies 2021

  5. Team Information Sheet-2021

  6. 2021 Guest Player Form​ with guest player cards issued by US Club Soccer association or US Youth Soccer Association

  7. For US Youth Soccer Teams outside of Region 1 or from NJ,  a signed permission to travel form may be needed.  Check with your State association for the appropriate form.  (Region 1 teams include: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, PAE, PAW, NYE, NYW, CT, MD, DE, VA, WV)
