9u & 10u age groups will play in Montgomery County
11u & 12u age groups will play at Covenant Park in Columbia, MD
This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament. All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services. Please do not call the hotels directly. Please book through the hotel reservation link below. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event.
Bethesda Soccer is proud to partner with HBC Event Services, a housing agency with a nationwide reputation for excellence in managing travel for sports events. HBC Event Services provides an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates. These rates are lower than their best available rate and usually include breakfast for your team.
Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.

We are extremely excited to be working with HBC Event Services for the housing accommodations for this year’s tournament. In addition to hotel rooms, they are providing the opportunity for individuals who are attending the tournament to purchase a Travel Protection Plan that would cover hotel rooms and tournament registration fees if the event is canceled in full or in part. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS “STAY TO PLAY” AND ALL TEAMS REQUIRING HOTEL ROOMS MUST USE HBC EVENT SERVICES.
OUT OF TOWN TEAMS REQUIRING HOTEL ROOMS:
This is the link that all out of town teams requiring hotel rooms will use to reserve their accommodations. In addition, at the time of making the reservation, individuals can opt to purchase the Travel Protection Plan to cover your tournament registration and hotel costs.
This plan provides up to 100% reimbursement for covered cancellation reasons, like tournament cancellation.
There is also the Cancel for Any Reason coverage where you can cancel for any reason and still get up to 75% reimbursement of these same costs. Additional terms may apply.
All reimbursement coverage amounts are based on your unused, non-refundable prepaid hotel and tournament registration costs.

This link is ONLY for local teams or teams not requiring hotel rooms for the tournament weekend that are interested in the Travel Protection Plan that would cover the tournament registration only. Please note that Bethesda will not issue any refunds for this year’s event which is why each individual has the ability to purchase the Travel Protection Plan in case of tournament cancellation. To reach the hospital, take I-270 to the Shady Grove Road exit (exit 8) Travel west on Shady Grove Road just over one mile to hospital on the right.
